Adobe Flash supports the below animation:
1.Motion tweens
Used for setting object properties, like the position and the alpha transparency in a single frame and then repeat it in another frame. Motion tweens display as a adjoining span of frames in the Timeline and they can be the default selecting like one object by default.
2.Classic tweens
These are a bit more difficult to create than motion tweens. Classic tweens allow specific animated effects which are not possible with motion tweens. The Inverse kinematic poses enable stretching and bending of objects shapes and link symbol instances groups and make them shift
3.Shape tweens
This is drawing a shape in a precise frame in your Timeline, and then changing the shape or drawing another shape in a different specific frame. Flash would interpose the intermediary shapes for the in between frames. This makes the animation of one shape morphing into a different shape.
4.Frame by frame animation
This enables you to specify a different art for every frame in the Timeline. You can use this to create an effect like frames of a film playing in rapid succession. It is good for complex animation where graphic elements for every frame has to be different.
