Can't upload the final file

but I find it difficult to upload the final file.
why if I upload a jpg file and successfully, but then I upload a zip file does not succeed? I've repeated several times still can not be uploaded. Please help me. Thank you very much.

I always have same problem on each contest. I have to try several times before the upload succeed. Normally the zip upload freezes on certain percent. One thing that you need to make sure is your zip must not exceed 100mb. If it is not the file size that cause the problem, you need to contact DC support if still not succeed. I have to contact Sharie last week for help because of the same problem as yours ( my files uploaded successfully after she reset the finalization step ).

Perhaps you can rename both your jpg and zip files, and try one more time.
