Hello, I'm newbie here... I have submitted some designs in a contest.. One of my design got 96 rated.. and it was highest... But the contest holder didn't choose me for first position... even he didn't choose me for any position... Is there any wrong???

the client can choose the entry they want for their winner, this can be a rated entry or a non rated entry. It could be an entry came in that was more to what  the client was looking for

After choosing a winning design, the CH has 7 days to work with the designer on any changes he'd like to see. If 7 days pass and the contest isn't closed yet, please go here:

I created an account with payoneer but i do not know how to proceed to withdraw the money,PayPal gives me the option but payoneer sent me directly to my account payoneer,How should I proceed?

what files are expected to be provided after winning a website contest?  

Does the designer have to provides HTML or a theme for a Content Management System?
How far is this dependent on the contest holder's answer to the question "Do you have a specific Content Management System in mind"?. What if the contest holder has not answered this question at all?

Hi there!

You only have to provide the Photoshop file. The contests here are only for designing. If the client needs the coding part also, he can start a 1-1 project with you, if you are able to provide this. Not mandatory to join/win a contest.

I've been  searching for that link, just  couldn't seem to  find the correct trail  of links to  get to it. I guess I should have been approaching this from  CH side and not from  the designer's side.
