I might have missed this reading the rules and topics, but is there a limitation for the country the member is from? Before I even start working for a portfolio to apply to be a member it would be good to know ty

I don't believe there is. The main thing is if you can't use Paypal, money will be sent by Ikobo or MoneyGram, and extra fees will apply. The fees that are charged come out of your prize money.
You MUST be an Elite Designer to enter the contests. Please go to www.designcontest.net and follow the link that says "Love to Design" to get more information and the requirements for joining. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
