    i can`t post my design

    i can`t post my design although i had more than 10 forum posts.every time i tried to upload my file no pages open what is the problem?

    "Please save your design as a jpeg or png file, and within 640x480 pixels."

    Files bigger than 110k it wont upload the image i think.
