Help Me !!! Related to web designing (flash)?

I want to add a flash album to my website. I can create it in two modes: 1.adding all images in my .swf file 2.create seperate flash & put images in same folder where .swf is placed.
option 1 is typical, as it need much downloding time for viewer.
But in free websites we can not upload .swf ,hence images & swf cann't be placed in same folder. But i want to choose option 2.
So, please suggest me some way to overcome my problem.
