What happens if winner doesnīt show up

Hey there,

Iīve got a question I havenīt found anyone else asking this, but what would happen if the CH chooses a winner and he doesnīt show up to send the original files. Also, how much time does the winning designer have to send the files?

This is a very over exagerated example but what if the designer gets sick to bad and canīt do this... does the Silver winner gets the prize then?... weird question, I am just wondering.

To be honest I don't think this has ever happened. I have in the past re created the logo for a designer that didn't create the file as a vector, the prize money still went to that designer, I might charge the designer if it happens again! Any way My main goal was to keep the contest holder happy, If we have happy contest holders they then refer clients to our site or return themselves with a new project.

As far as a designer never uploading, I don't think we have ever experienced that here

lol i've ever exprienced this on another website. The winner doesn't show up so the ch decided to extend the contest. Waiting for another great design to show up.
