    Question About Website design contests

Friends there is a confusion in my mind. What is the format I should submit if I want to participate in any website design contest. Suppose any contest holder wants to redesign his website then should I submit the artwork in .psd or .eps format or in any other format I should submit. Whether the contest holder wants all the animations and all I should make in that website or I should only design the website and all the rest animations and all will the contest holder will do himself.

    Please suggest me.

You have to post only static mock-ups, jpg, png files. You may explain your ideas in comments.
