I believe that I have received a wrongful infraction. This is what was sent to me:

Dear theJ0E,

You have received an infraction at Design Contest.

Reason: your entry is way to close to another designers entry http://www.designcon...entry/15/report

I noticed a few days ago that AVCDSGN's entry #66 not only looked like my entry #15 but it actually included a large piece of my design! I reported this issue and came back a few days later to find that not only did AVCDSGN's entry did not get eliminated for copying me, but my design did! I'm sure this is just some sort of misunderstanding. Thank you for any help you can provide. Here are the links to my entry #15 and AVCDSGN's entry #66.

This issue is still unresolved. Do I need to post this in a different area? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
