Infraction Question

I received an infraction for submitting an entry with 2 versions in the EXCLUSIVE, CONTEMPORARY DIAMOND STORE REQUIRES LOGO Logo Design for EXCLUSIVE, CONTEMPORARY DIAMOND STORE REQUIRES LOGO - DesignContest.com.

I know this isn't normally allowed, however, the CH specifically asked for 2 versions. Here is the citation from the project brief.

"We require two versions: one for use against a white background (i.e. stationery) and one for use against a dark background (i.e. shop exterior, packaging)."

In the past when a CH wants to see both versions, it has been allowed. Please advise.
