Live Chat is a great way of communicating and fast solutions!

Live chat is a great system to talk directly to a member of Design contest staff if you have any issues with uploading designs etc.

I talked to a staff member about having problems uploading something, then checked the system talked me through different formats and which was was the best one. and hey presto! I was back on top form again!
