How does a one-on-one ends? After uploading the source files, whats next? Does the Contest Holder get the copyright as well?

yes the contestholder will own the rights to the design, they paid for it, you are work for hire : ) After the ch has the source files they then say thank you and finalize, although some do not do this and we have to say thank you and finalize : ) then money is sent to your finance board

Hello kababayan!

Your final one-on-one design will not be included on the public profile page.

BUT you will get an additional rating points for a successful 1-on-1 project.

cheers!

Oh yes correct, I thought the project was open. You have to wait for the client to open the project

Just curious, how many ratings points do you earn for a successfully completed 1-on-1?

no, you must wait until the CH approve and pay to the DC, and one-on-one project started.
and this will be a joke for the CH, he would pretend to buy your design, once you agree, then CH will run away.

Sharie ... Can you respond to my opinion?

We have only had to refund 1 "1on1" project and that was because the designer flaked out on the project. They are not guaranteed but if you do the work and provide the source files you will be paid unless it is completely off design scope of the contestholder.
