A really good find I must say, I like the way the red mark comes around a button when we hover our mouse over it .Then there is that colour change from black and white to color when our mouse hovers around it , which is completely awesome .

okaydave.com is pretty impressive. Dave has a lot of talent and a wide range of skills. I really like the way he shows the concept sketches behide the logo designs. The flash is decent, but you guys should check out the adidas homepage:Welcome to adidas

I think the website Checkland Kindleysides is the best portfolio website I've seen so far. It's beautiful, it focuses on content, animations are subtle and don't draw themselves to the foreground. I'm often disappointed by flashy websites that distract you too much from the content, no matter how nice it all looks. And yeah, music that you don't see how to turn off is one of the most disruptive things to encounter on the net!

To add a website, I personally like the portfolio site of a certain Angela on Toffeenut Design Portfolio | iPhone, iPad and Mac Icon and Interface Designer. It's very joyful and clean.
