    Hi nroom!

Think like this, you have 3 chances to show your work. Be wise when submitting your logos and wait for feedback. CH can eliminate or give you the chance to make it even better.

This is how our system works.

As designer, i prefer to see 3 great logos than 20 bad ones!

I think it's a good idea, too. It forces us designers to present our best work, not 20 ideas with only slight variations.

I also think the rule is justified. As a designer we can create many variations but end of the day we have to decide the best three and submit...

Does anyone find sometimes that picking the best 3 of your designs a little agonizing? I keep thinking if I choose the 3 I like best that one of the ones I don't pick, the client would like better and might have been a winner! I try to choose completely different designs to ensure I've presented a wide range of ideas...

I understand where you're coming from. One way to deal with this dilemma is to post the first one or two favorites, and wait for feedback from the contest holder before using your third entry. This will give you the chance to gauge how the CH responds to your work and what he/she might like best.

And, of course, if the CH likes one of your entries, but wants to see a revision, you are able to post additional revisions without using up your original 3 allowed posts.

In general, this 3 post limit creates a group of higher quality entries.

I must say that this is one of the reasons that I've joined DesignContest. This is a must for a healthy competition.

If the CH likes your work but would like to see a change with your concept, they will mark your design as NEEDS WORK. Those are the entries with the green bar just below the logo.

Then you can make the changes they ask for and resubmit your revised logo.

The contest holder marks your entry (the ch has a little button that says "I would like to see a revision") That will allow you to submit your revised designs
