Contest issue

Hello Necser, I think I've got an issue.
I participate on the "Kid's T-shirt Design" contest and I received the following email , but the comment never appeared on the contest wall.
So I think you should check if all comments do actually appears on contest becasue sometimes it feels like some are missing. I posted here in case other designers had the same problem.

We've tried to fix this issue. Since this happens rarely and not for every comment we even cannot test if it's fixed or not. Please, keep your eyes and report us if the bug still exists.

i have received 2 infractions that don't make any sense at all. Im very upset about this.
in Custom sign manufacturing company needs new logo - Logo Design - DesignContest.com i received and infraction for showing 2 logos in 1 #38, where these are not 2 logos, they are the same logo but colour variations like every1 does, like a designer did in the same contest #118 &#119. This is not fair.

my other infraction was in the same contest for #42 it said not background is allowed. do u mean the red? the red circle is part of the logo, and not the background, its an enclosure within a red circle as part of the logo.
ANd if you are talking about the tint o light grey behind the red, this is how the art boards are on Illustrator CS4. they have a tint of gray and it showed in the screen shot.

PLease can we find a solution for both of these, because i don't believe any of them are valid infractions, and i would like to become an elite designer, and i won't be able to if i get infractions that shouldn't exist.

Your second infraction is related to your gray background. The red circle is ok but main stage must be white.

I checked again just to make sure...your design is way I mean way too close to the other designers design. You can't take the idea or concept of another designers design. The design has to to be 100% your idea

Regarding my first infraction, i saw others that put colour variations in small in the same post. And they didn't have a problem, this is why i didn't i wasnt aware this was wrong, but i find it unfair that i did it seeing someone else doing it without an infraction. this is an example of what i mean, this designer has done this Custom sign manufacturing company needs new logo - Logo Design - DesignContest.com #118 and #119 this is why i thought it was ok, because they didn't get an infraction.

My second infraction, can we please come to a decision regarding this. The problem is that on adobe illustrator cs4 if you are working outside of the artboard, the window colour is that tint of grey, so wen i took a screen shot of the logo it automatically took the background, so this was a mistake. Hope you understand what i mean and reverse the infraction. this is a sample of the grey background on adobe cs4, as u see outside the artboard area is grey. i was working outside the artboard and i took a screen shot of my design. so please can we reverse this, and from now on i would make sure to be working inside the artboard, even though this shouldn't be a problem.

about 118 and119 was eliminated before an infraction could happen, if not eliminated then yes there would have been an infraction. if you notice an entry that needs to be reported then report it by clicking the !inside the triangle on every entry.

As far as the art board it is simple put a white box the size of the art board I use cs4 as well and doing that stops the color issue you mention

I understand what you mean by the multiple designs, ill make sure this doesn't happen again.

As for the background infraction, I'm glad you understand what happened, since it was a mistake, is there anyway we can reverse the infraction? I would really like my points to go back down, since it was an honest mistake, and definitely won't happen again.

Several options for you: you can put the white pad as Sharie mentioned behind the artwork or just use the export function to PNG file (preserves transparency). Then, you can use Photoshop with a white background and 640x480 canvas. Place your transparent image form PNG file there. Actually lots of ways to do that...
