money back notification

when after contest is ov er a client askes for money back , it would be geat to have some badge on this contest in list or just delete this contest entirely, this would be nice

the refund option should be mentioned somehow on the design

I wonder why this still didn't get implemented. We could really use some kind of notification for closed contest that got refunded.

All you need to do is hover your mouse over contestholder name it says how many contests the client has held and how many refunds

However, there are still some (old) contests that have closed status, that are not guaranteed and have contest holder's status as 1 contest organized and 0 refunds requested.

What's the procedure in such cases?

they were marked abandoned and prize money went to a general fund for a community contest to be held at a later date where we will have 3 paid winners. (These two contests had no rated entries)

When a contest has been closed either by ch for choosing a winner/finalized or marked abandoned you will have the garbage can on those entries if you want to remove them
