The webdesign is cheap way too busy and makes the company look less professional. The design is more for a Wrestling or some sport instead of for a Botox company, the look and feel is far too much aimed for the sportive male audience, while I think Botox is mainly aimed for the female audience who want to look pretty.
Plus you stole the iPhone picture and used it in your webdesign, which is not allowed.
