Hey people.. this is a real estate folder I have made. Give me some feedback please

1st impression is hp in green Overall i think it's clean and corporate. The only thing that bothers me are the logos in the boxes. The space seems a bit tight. And i would think that if those are logos of organisation, there're guidelines to follow. Like the space you need to leave all around the logo. And the kerning for the text is too inconsistent. Just an idea, maybe the boxes can form a C and R.. front and back. Anyway, hope those helps.

Unless that shade of green is a color that needs to be used I might see what it looks like in a lighter shade. It may make the text stand out more. Otherwise looks good. Nice and clean look.

I'm getting a bit distracted by the optical illusion produced by the grid design. ( Dots in the intersection.) Maybe if the squares won't so dark that wouldn't happen, though some people might like the effect - I always try to count them so it drives me nuts :P.

Thank you much guys.... :-) yes I agree with logos in boxes. The space is realy tight.. I will have to figure out something. Than I was thinking to put pictures of some comercial buildings into four squares. I will put it there when I will be done. Hey ~V~ there are 64 squares... take it easy :-)

I like the ideas, but i think you need to change the dark green color.
I think, if you change the dark green with light gray shapes, maybe looks better,
because you give a more free space for your title and make it better and easy for look.
