Gez Fry is just great! He is half Jaanese, half British you you can tell it from his illustrations. Hi lives in Tokyo, which a great city to get inspiration for manga-style illustration!

I think Manga can definitely be art. It just all depends on whether it's GOOD Manga, or if it's the kind of Manga they use on Pokemon.
