That's the point of doing this in Illustrator instead of a 3d software, it's like challenging yourself.... sometimes some ego involved.

I am not sure if I have that much patience to finish something like this. I do however paint in Painter 11 and graphic tablet. Sometimes it takes me over 15 hours to finish a painting but it has a bit more freedome then Illustrator.
