Hi, I am a Graphic Designer from Lebanon and I am not sure about how can I join a contest here because I think I have noticed that there are contests for DC members and contests for new members. Also I am not sure why each contest holder does not mention the method of payment he is willing to use. Any answers for my picky questions? Thanks
