MEDIJUNK - wallpaper.. kinda

This is some "illustration" I did last night. It's done for my friend. She got cold, I got an idea and here it is. Her nickname is PurpleJunk so that's where "medicine name" idea comes from, and generally that's why color-scheme is purple-ish.
I don't know in what category I could put this, probably wallpapers are best suitable, but this is actually just a pic to look at

Junk is a slang term for heroin... You may want to change it, because when I looked at the illustration, I thought you meant heroin pills or something, rather than your friend.

yeah I know about wrong lightning, but as you probably suppose I just made one pill and scaled/rotated it ... I'll correct that

resurepus I guess you meant that "Take 1 pill..." slogan should follow that pink plane, or should "stand up straight", but whatever I tried letters were hard to read so I decided to put it this way

thanks for that heroin-junk info, I didn't know that, but my friend choose her nick I wanted to change it to "purplemed", but medijunk sounds more interesting, at least to me

Do you think only color-scheme tweak will do the job? [of course this question is only for those who dislike this color-scheme]

I said in the topic wallpaper kinda because this is illustration that could be applied to various things [wallpaper, sticker, poster etc] and after your comments, I'll maybe really adapt it for t-shirt

I also believe another color scheme would fit better. Pills' colors do no combine with the rest of the work. Try to use some complementary colors, or colors in the same range.

Some other things...
Perspective is all wrong, try working on that.

What's the thing I marked in the image? Is it liquid? Because it should be frozen to be in that angle

that marked thing should be shadow, but it is abviously too strong color, too much of a contrast so it really looks more like some frozen liquid. Maybe it even isn't in correct place, but that part looked too empty so I "filled" it with that "shadow".
I'll try to correct that few things as soon as I grab some time, but all of you have to promise that you will buy this shirt

Very good work, i like it (i 'm working on a design and a photo with pills these days)
but it's true that there are some errors with the shadows and the lightnings:
one of the lightning is on the under side of the pills and all the lightning are a little bit strange on the pills i think that made the pills more look like cylinders..
