Need a skin for a new progressive community site. $$

Hi,

I am putting up a new progressive community site. I am looking for a skin than feel warm and personal, not-so high tech. If you know of where I might find one of find a developer for one, please let me know. I am will to pay market rates. I may end up creating my own design (or have a local designer create one) but I would like to find someone to implement it.
