please give constructive criticism on this. im really looking to improve this piece

Well from what I can see, it seems that the website is outshining the logo somewhat. I'm not sure if you intended it that way, but you could either intensify the logo's colors, or lighten the menu elements, to bring it more to life.

Overall colors are also a bit on the dull side, as stated, try intensifying the colors, or go for a complementary color scheme.
