    What program is best for Vector?

    What program would be best to use vector graphics??

    Adobe Flash, Corel draw, Illistrator

    I think Illustrator might be the top dog, but I like Flash better because of its simplicity.

    That could also be because I'm a bit too lazy to learn Illustrator.

    for static vectors-Illustrator, but Flash is better for animated vectors

    well, the industry standard currently is Adobe Illustrator due to it's mass user base. The second most used would probably be Corel CorelDraw. Personally I Use Serif DrawPlus x4.

    It's normally best to go with the Industry standard, however, Once you been designing in vector a while you'll start to learn cross compatibility tricks & might want to use another software you are more comfortable with.

    Each designer has their own preferred set of tools, way they do things, & personal style. That's what makes this such an awesome industry to be in, our designs are limited merely by our imagination & desire to learn the tools to express it.
