We are currently remodeling our website and need some help with some positive (and positively negative) criticism to help influence our direction. This is the rough, detailed look we have going for us for the time being:

See any specific areas where work needs to be issued? Any additional advice that would add creativity to our appeal? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Way too much text, need to make it much lesser. The page with logo's you need to make a less longer list over more pages in a iframe. The list is far too long to load fast and too much mb to load. Just make it as long as the frame can handle without any scrol and just ad next and previous button to go to other pages to view more logo's.

I agree with you. My partner's idea was to blast the customers with enough to keep them satisfied once they were welcomed. I think more 'visual aid' needs to be produced over reading material. We'll see about getting more products on display and just keeping the information at a necessity level.

To be honest - it looks like from free web templates.
I think it's a bit too old kind of webdesign straight from 2003-2005.

I suggest to work on web2.0-like design - now it's heavy and it bombs me with text.
Try to make it lighter, use more space and give me some air. :)

www.webcreme.com - worth to check.

Regards.

I appreciate the advice, and the inspiration site you provided. I'll definitely look thoroughly into this and see what specifics changes we can afford to make.

It doesn't really answer the most pertinent question: Why am I here? Give 'em a reason to stay or they wont :)

I overall like your site.
Just a few things I would change:
- first, I totally agree with Chung Dha that the text is too much (as far as it concerns the home page),

- second, I would expect more interactivity from a site that looks like yours; it almost irritates me that nothing is moving :) . You have some great flash intros so adding some nice flash (for example in place of the orange part of the header) wouldn't be a problem I guess,

- and third, I really don't like the frame you have used for the logos on the freelance page. Additionally, the logos are too small;
if I would like to choose a pre-made logo I am not sure I would bother contacting you, then waiting to receive the logo I want to simply see better, knowing that I might not even like it when I see it larger. I think there is a great possibility that you lose a lot of customers this way. May be you should give your customers the opportunity to see the larger images of the logos without so many complications and think of another way to protect yourself from copyright infringement.

Thanks DS. I love the feedback and totally agree. My partner and I are brainstorming on how to dull-down the text usage and work on throwing in some more visual graphics.

As far as the flash goes, that is an excellent thought. Our previous partner (who was an expert in flash, thus why we no longer do Intros on request) left for sorts of reasons so attempting to flash the site up a tad will take some time. Perhaps I could even go as far as to get someone from this site to help me out.

I think we are convinced it would be best to go ahead and show-off the larger versions of logo and just trust people. It does alot for appearance sake and saves time, as you have said. Thanks, once again.

i'd make the darker places in the wings a bit darker. they don't stand up from the bg. maybe even not blue but some shade of grey
