Logo design amateur needing help

It's a fashion designer's logo but i'm no good in designing logos in terms of the the more professional aspect, anything else i should do with it? comments will be appreciated.
I think the logo should be the main focal point. The full name underneath takes away from the logo. Maybe make the full name smaller.

Thanks for the feedbacks. I had it finalized this afternoon, the final version featured the same color scheme with a more fitting font, unfortunately I couldn't get rid of the flower detail because it was required by the client but i'd like to give thanks for the suggestions.
