Try not to bound a logo inside a shape. Never overlap that way you did with the phone. Because when you want to print it black white in a news paper you could not read the letters ter. Because printing BW is different to grayscale. BW is really ony using black and white with no gray.
The lips looks very wrinkled, would been better to use the basic shape. The file map makes it look odd cause the front is in a angle but the text is straight. Just got too much things going on. The logo should got one thing to catch the attention and not more.
The joker hat you need to make the 2 round thing fit more on the hat. Because it looks like there floating in front of it. The 2 fingers are not giving more value to the hat, more making it look odd. It better to place the name under the hat and remove the bounding circle.
Remember this less is more and keep it simple.

this is just something totally different from the first one but i think i saw something like this on DC already. not sure but please let me know. sorry it took so long making changes......computer problems
